Children and Young People

A high proportion of our fellowship is made up of families with young children and teenagers. We hold the view that young people are not so much the "church of tomorrow" - as the church today. We involve young people as much as possible in church life, with active, lively worship and age-related activity groups. Our children's workers and youth leaders organise a wide range of activities, with the prime objective of enabling young people to develop a personal faith in God. Our weekly Youth Group is run by by the young people themselves. Teenage years can be difficult for Christians - confronted as they are with a world that largely rejects Christian values. And yet they are often the very people with the energy and drive to move a church forward.
